I don’t know what happened to me this morning but I put face wash on my toothbrush and proceeded to brush my teeth with it for about 3 seconds before realizing.
Don’t ever brush your teeth with face wash. Like ever. I couldn’t get the soap taste out for like 2 hours even after I brushed properly.
